These terms apply to the MathBrain app for Android and iOS ("the app"), published by Bexcode Services ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. If a child uses the app, a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the child's behalf.
Using the app
MathBrain is a mental-arithmetic practice app for children and grown-ups. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial practice. Please don't copy, modify, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
Free and paid features
Every player gets a free daily training. MathBrain VIP is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited extra games.
- Subscriptions are sold by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS) and are charged to the account you use there.
- A subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the app until you cancel it. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time: on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions; on iOS in Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered and you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their refund policies.
- Purchases in the app are protected by a grown-up check; parents are responsible for purchases made on their devices.
Your progress
Game progress, players and rewards are stored only on your device (see our Privacy Policy). If you uninstall the app, clear its data or change devices, this progress may be lost. We can't restore it, because we never receive it.
Health and time
MathBrain is a practice tool, not a medical or educational assessment. Parents can set a daily time limit for each child in the parent dashboard.
Changes and availability
We may update the app, add or remove features, and change these terms. If we make important changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. We aim to keep the app working but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
